When I went to Europe, we drank only bottled beverages. I’d stick with this same rule for China, too.

The drinks served in restaurants will use carbonated water but it could still be contaminated better safe than sorry.

For business it is bottled or canned usually in can.
For business it to you in restaurants if youre going for business it wont be those little stalls so they will give it is bottled or canned usually in can.
