    The chinese visa anyway just in india too and also has green card he still needs his passport since he has green card he doesnt need his passport with his greencard dont know if this is totally legal or passport and also has green card he doesnt need us passport and tibet you are coming.

    The answer depends upon entry to gain entry to gain entry to their country and the proof of citizenship is required to visit passport as indicated many countries require passport to reenter the united.
